Great cheese is like a good wine, it needs a time and a lot of love.
My name is Anna Lucka and I have lived in Holland, the country of the oldest cheese making tradition in the world, for the last 16 years. When traveling abroad I have often been disappointed with the quality of cheese available in the stores. Most cheeses are sold shortly after being produced and had no chance to mature and gain a rich flavour, which is a shame!
I thought that everyone should have an easy access to excellent cheese. That is why I decided to connect the best Dutch producers of an exceptional cheese with their customers outside of Holland. In 2015 I successfully started selling an organic cheese in Poland. Nowadays I also work with great Dutch partners and sell organic as well as regular - all naturally matured cheeses.
