Why our matcha comes from Japan…

Not all matcha is created equal. Ours is sourced directly from Japan, where matcha was perfected over centuries.

1. It’s made from first flush tea leaves
2. Shade grown for deeper flavor & vibrant green color
3: Stone-milled the traditional way for a smooth, silky texture

In Japan, they don’t use the term “ceremonial grade” instead, quality is defined by harvest, flavor, and how the tea is meant to be enjoyed.
Ours is crafted to be drunk pure with water, just the way matcha was meant to be 🍵

How to make a Matcha Latte?
Put 2 bamboo spoon 😊 2 grams) of Matcha in a bowl
Add 1 table spoon of water
Matcha a smooth paste with the bamboo whisk OR use a sieve
Add 50ml of 75-80 degrees Celcius water to the bowl
Whisk it up for 20 sec. in a fast W-movement to get foam on top.
Add approx. 150 ml frothed milk and enjoy your Matcha Latte!
