The Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors

De film "The Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors'' (De vuurpaarden) uit 1965, geregisseerd door Sergei Parajanov is een icoon in de cinema van de jaren '60. De extravangante kleuren, de levendige tragedie, de antropologische details verbaasden het publiek toen hij in premiére ging. De soundtrack bestaat uit authentieke folk muziek en originele composities door de Oekraïnse componist M. Skoryk. Deze soundtrack is de basis voor nieuwe artistieke interpretaties door Maryana Golovchenko - zang, effecten en traditionele Oekraïnse instrumenten, Anna Antipova - viool, electronics, George Dumitriu - sound design en Olha Chernii - video
