The Kitchen Crew: Jan

From starting on the amuse-bouche station to now owning the hot side as an entremetier, Jan has been leveling up fast. These days, he’s the one prepping and perfecting all the vegetables, oils, and creams that end up on your plate.

In the kitchen, he’s our very own walking jukebox - always singing, always bringing the energy, and keeping the vibe just right. And it doesn’t stop after service: in his free time, he’s all about music, being a guitarist and drummer.

Sweet, a little crazy (in the best way), and endlessly creative - Jan always finds a way to make the team laugh!
