Located in the centre of Rotterdam at the ‘Oude Binnenweg’ you will find Rotterdam’s coolest hostel ‘DownTown 010’ that is known for its laid-back comfortable vibe and it’s professional yet easy-going staff. The area around Oude Binnenweg is always crowded and attracts locals as well as travellers from all over the world. It’s a great shopping area with also a lot of cool restaurants and bars. DownTown 010 has opened its doors earlier this year and it’s busy ever since. The idea for DownTown 010 was created when we were visiting Pirwa hostels in Lima and Cusco in Peru. We had experienced there an extreme good atmosphere and noticed the ‘freedom’ of people. Everyone seemed so relaxed and was fully able to be their selves. From that moment our only dream was to create a hostel with that kind of vibe in Rotterdam. Quality, service, comfort and accessibility are core values of DownTown 010. The hostel has eight rooms: two double rooms and six dormitories with eight beds. On the ground floor there is bar where you can sit down and relax. Every weekend DownTown 010 brings you musical experiences with a lot of live music. Also, everyone can join the jam sessions (every last Sunday of the month) to show and explore their music talent.
