BISTRO BOJO
Together with Marlous we’re celebrating the first new vintage of 2025 aka Beaujolais Nouveau this weekend!
This Saturday (22 November) we’re inviting Marlous to turn to bar into small French-like bistro.
Expect small dishes like oeuf mayo, blood sausage, bread and butter, terrines, sardines, etc!
Marlous her cooking style is fun but thoughtful and heavily inspired by a nose-to-tail and zero waste approach.
Always guided by the season and making use of fermentation and preservation of flavors.
Some come stuff your face with some delicious dishes and young juicy red wine!
