💠 RAISIN the bar VS CultureHub Rotterdam 💠

We are back!

It’s another pop up time, at the place we all knew was coming – our beloved former neighbor . We are super excited for a whole day of art, wine, music, tattoos, food and entertainment 🔥

On February 17th the doors will open at 13h for an afternoon art market, where you can little shop around at the amazing collection of the CultureHub and other local artist. Find clothes, artworks, sculptures and more 🎨

And we are thrilled that our beautiful people of are joining us again for some warm spooning time. Hit yourself up with some banger rings, necklaces or just a cuddle❤️

And it wouldn’t be an RAISIN event without getting a tattoo! Go get yourself poked or scratched by or .by.pablo 💅

And yes we will have food! Full Italian theme this time! Chef Ruben will fulfill your Tuscany dream with a full Italian menu and bites.. hmmm Amore mio!🇮🇹

And yessss, we bringing them Italian wine bangers ofcourse! Whole day a night we serve the best wines again.. And I even heard we are bringing a few rare wild beer bottles (if you ask nice enough)🍾

And for the very first time.. the entertainment is been given fully out of control to our gorgeous rollerskating disco queen 📀

Can’t wait to dance, vibe, party, drink and eat with all of you again!

Thank you all so much for the absolute dream of a closing party. We couldn’t have wished for a better end for this location ( sorry neighbors and police)🫶🪩🚀

We danced, laughed and drunk cellar empty together on the last night as it should have been. And we had so much fun with the auction! Thank you for everyone for buying the whole place empty. ❤️

Tomorrow 28-11 and Wednesday 29-11 the bar is open for all the pick ups! From 10 till 19h. As an extra we will sell these days all the remaining wine and wild beer bottles for take away for a friendly price. So drop by and maybe find your favorite bottle💋

We are so proud of what we have accomplished over the last 1,5 years. It was an extreme rollercoaster and we had so many memorable events and nights. And it’s been a true honor to have created such a beautiful community who gave the bar its unique vibe. Thank you all so much and I love you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

And an even more big thanks for the most amazing team I could ever wish for. Without you nothing would have been possible and we became a true happy little family🫶

For now RAISIN the bar will live on as a pop up bar with 2+ events every month so stay tuned, because the events is where we truly shine.

Rotterdam needs the support for the locations who focuses on fair and natty wines, places who dear to try it differently and be unique. Places like and winebar .cult. I truly hope the people in Rotterdam keep supporting places like these so more can rise up and let Rotterdam shine more as it deserves.

A last shout out to all the wine importers for supplying us with the most beautiful wines, what a pleasure it has been. With an extra thanks to and for going the extra mile.

Last wine tasting🍷💅

Next week is our last week! And ofcourse we need to have one more tasting before closing.

So next Thursday we give our last combined tasting of wine, champagne and wildbeer combined with multiple bites! This time is jumping into the kitchen and will be making some extra bites specially for this last tasting.

And end of an era. RAISIN ‘is closing’ the bar on November 25🫶

Ofcourse we go out in style and with a bang (sorry neighborhood for one last time).

November 25 going all out, starting at 14 for the people who want to say bye in a relaxing way before the storm hits. Come sit at the bar, talk about the all the wonderful times in the bar and drink your favorite drink🍷

Or get a tattoo in the basement from or .by.pablo DM them for an appointment 💋 flash sheets will be shared later!

Starting at 17h, Ruben from will open his happy hardcore snackbar across the street and will stay open the whole evening for all the hungry mouths🍔

Starting at 20h, the first dj will start spinning a record to kick of the evening and the last one will finish on a undisclosed time in our basement🪩

The last weeks 🍷

We are entering our last weeks and it’s time to empty the wine cellar. In the past 1,5 years many beautiful wines have been served and many wines unfortunately will never come back again. The wines which are left are being served in these last 3 weeks, so come pick out your favorites before they are gone❤️

On November 25, we will go out with a bang and bring back a few classics for one last time. This event will be legendary 🔥

Sushi & Ambient takeover 🍣

Going into the last month of the bar. I’m happy to announce that the sushi event is returning.

On Saturday November 11, the day is focused on stimulating your senses! Food, drink and sound wise.

I feel honored to share that Chef Hiro ( ) is returning to the bar after last April’s event. During my time in Japan I’ve realized that Japanese and Dutch sushi options are (in all respect) two different things. With the sushi of Chef Hiro it is possible to experience true Japanese sushi. Starting from 19:00 there will be plates available to stimulate your taste senses.

To make sure this evening is in theme with the food. Toewan and Rojo Y Rosa ( ) will create an ambient and jazz session in the basement, where you can stimulate your hearing and can in all peace enjoy the food and drinks. Session starting at 20:00.

To maximize the experience, hifi nerd will bring his private speakers to the bar for one day. The Link Audio M22 speakers will help to make this a true HiFi music experience.

And ofcourse the whole evening can be paired with beautiful wines, champagnes and wildbeers from the bar.

So join Saturday November 11 for senses stimulation evening not to forget❤️

RAISIN ‘the goth’ BAR

Next Friday, oktober 27, we bring back the goth night.

We start with the movie screening of the masterpiece of madhouse studio’s: Wicked city.

This horror anime is extreme in every way.

“There has been peace between the worlds of the mortals and the supernatural for centuries, but the balance is now being threatened. The Radical elements from the Supernatural world are crossing over into the mortal universe for the purpose of destroying the peace forever!”

Trigger warning: extreme violence, gore, s*x, blood.

Movie starts at 20:00. Entrance €5.

After the movie the music takes over! Darken up on darkwave, postpunk and industrial. Free entrance!

Dresscode: goth, punk, dark.
