On our menu you will find not just Spanish cuisine, but foods from all over the world served in small portions including our locally famous mini pizzas! We pride ourselves in making each dish as healthy and nutritious as they come while paying attention to the detailed flavor we all crave. Once our kitchen closes, Combo Mambo turns into a bar with a lively vibe, karaoke, a large variety of alcohol (including four of our own original Combo cocktails), and delicious snacks/smoothies. Our cocktails are named after the colors that represent Combo Mambo’s happy atmosphere: Magic Forest (bright green), Passionate Fire (orange), Retro Vibe (yellow), and Olive Tree (soft green). Themed parties and events such as “glow in the dark”, “costume night”, and “rainbow party” are something to look forward to every week. We have a suggestions board and would love to make your ideal themed party into reality! Mondays and Tuesdays are reserved for private events and parties ranging from student association meetings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, private karaoke nights, etc. Delicious snacks, luscious drinks, and spectacular karaoke will be present.
