we are very excited to welcome ’t nieuwe diep to nijmegen this sunday 31ST MAY

distilled in amsterdam, resting by the railway in nijmegen (ssssst hier rust de jenever) and served with love in our bar.

’t nieuwe diep is a jenever distillery where tim actively distills more than 100 different kinds of jenever. after distillation, the jenevers are stored in nijmegen near the railway tracks to rest and mature.

during this special day, tim and his colleagues will join us to let you taste a wide variety of jenevers. expect classic pairings with aged amsterdam cheese and ossenworst, ciders for those who prefer something lighter, kopstootjes for the true enthusiasts, and fruit jenevers to keep things smooth and friendly.

of course, our regular food menu will also be available throughout the day.
