It's still a long time until Van Moll Fest winter edition.... but it's fun to reveal some breweries, right?

The first brewery is Hopfengrund from Hollenburg, Austria.

Founded by Julie and Christoph Hoch, biodynamic w**emakers with deep roots in natural fermentation, they create amazing b**rs with wild yeasts, self-cultivated hops and local fruits and grains. Sometimes easy drinkable (hoppy l***r, saison) but also complex (barrel-aged wit!) and also aged in w**e-barrels and blended with grapes or w**e must.

This all sounds totally deliciously to us....so we can't wait to meet them and their b**rs!

Yummie!
