What a great weekend!

It was really nice to connect with enthusiasts who’ve been following our work for years, and others discovering us for the first time.

We brought a strong line-up of our wild ales, and your response meant a lot.

Oranje is a bière de coupage of 3-year-old wild ales and rustic saison, macerated with bitter orange peel and rosemary.
⠀
Tasting notes: aromatic bitter orange, lemony funk, oak, rosemary, white pepper, and a hint of fresh sea breeze.

Sauvin and Silhouet have matured quietly in our barrel room, developing balance and a more refined character over time.
