Our focus is creating exceptional Rye Whisky. Located in Amsterdam’s historic Jordaan neighborhood, J.D. William’s Whisky Bar is a family-owned bar that focuses on whisky and whisky cocktails. We stock 250+ whiskies from around the globe and have a seasonal whisky cocktail menu packed with classics and our house recipes. Our kitchen is also a big part of what we do, serving American-Asian comfort food that is unique to Amsterdam. For those who don’t prefer whisky, we have you covered. We have an amazing selection of craft beers on draft as well as some natural wines and non-alcoholic drinks. Our aim is to share our passion for whisky, so check us out next time you are in the area!
