🌸 The winners are finally here.
Every year, our bartenders put their creativity to the test in our annual cocktail competition, presenting their own original creations and competing for a place on the menu. A little while ago, we shared a glimpse of the competition itself and now, we’re excited to say that the winning cocktails have officially arrived. Whether you’re in the mood for something floral and dreamy, bold and rich, or completely alcohol-free, there’s a glass with your name on it.
🌹 La Vie en Roos — Close your eyes and let lychee, peach and rose take you somewhere soft and sweet. A touch of genever and cherry bitters keeps things interesting.
☕🍊 Crimson Toffee — Coffee meets red orange, with vodka and chocolate bitters adding a little edge. Rich, layered, and just the right amount of indulgent.
🥂 Dutch 75 — Our love letter to a classic. We took the French 75 and gave it a Dutch twist: Bols genever, a hint of pandan, a squeeze of lemon, and topped with prosecco. Bright, bubbly, and a little unexpected.
🍓🌿 Avalon — Strawberries, basil-infused gin and rhubarb, lifted with lemon. It tastes like a summer afternoon you never want to end.
🍯 Nogroni (alcohol-free) — All the complexity of a negroni, none of the alcohol. Fluere Bitter, Fluere Spiced Cane and a spicy honey syrup come together for something bold, balanced, and completely surprising.
