hi all,
The home stretch has begun. We are happy to announce the ticket shop being opened! Has to be said, we are rather proud of the program! Take a look, take a look!

As always we have different stages, and plenty going on at the same time, so please do not double-book.
The coming days we'll please you with a list of brewers, carnivalesque side-events, dots on the 'i', lists of anstichs, and high spirits.

See you all very soon,
goat.

Yes why, we do not unravel, we are the slow
and do not decide, the frantic
talk and speak ever and even we
we preach the thirst

Very pleased to welcome Garrett Oliver (!) from Brooklyn Brewery, (co-)author of the Oxford Companion to Beer and The Brewmaster's Table, our French/UK cider makers from Templars Choice (keeving is the way), Rody Misseyer on Schrubs, Richard Preiss, who managed to come up with another CB relevant talk, being the mighty Phenols, Pierre Tilquin with a tasting of his Family tree project so far, and we managed to get Brasserie Levain ove r for a dedicated tasting session.
We'll keep going, keep crunching, and soon you'll be able to find schedule and tickets on our website. The yearly Please be Patient, We are working hard on the puzzle has begun!

Hope to see you all in a month's time. For now, we'd be pleased if you help us spread the word.

Hi all,

More mirthful news from the Carnivale front.

*Meet Lauren Torres, working at Anton Paar, and performing a lecture about brewer's love–hate relationship of with the famous number 16, Oxygen. Avoiding where needed, encouraging where wanted in all steps of the process; malting, hot side, fermentation, and packaging.
*A while ago we met Krzysztof Panek and Marcin Ostajewski from Browar Grodzisk, They'll talk about the history, demise and revival of this historic Polish beer style and promised to serve plenty while doing so.
*Janos De Baets from DOK brewing spent his time in the Ghent archives researching another historic beer, Gentse Uytzet. Popular in the 18 and 19th century, demised, and not yet properly revived so far. Or is it?

More news soon. For those (home) brewers waiting for an email from us, it will come, be patient. For those that didn't send us an email yet, do it now.

Canoodles,
goat.
