For more than a quarter of a century, The Waterhole has been one of Amsterdam's favorite clubs, with live-music every day. Located just off the Leidseplein, there's always a pleasant mix of locals and touris

ts. Shows start at 8pm, but it's a great hangout spot during the day as well. Kick back on the terrace, play chess or pool or just have a frosty pint for only €4 during our Happy Hours form noon till 9pm. Whatever's your fancy, The Waterhole is the place to be!

With great sadness we learned about the passing of Edgar Francken.
After countless shows and some decades of joining our jamsessions not only his saxophone skills will be missed but so will his friendship and conversations that have enriched all our lives.
Edgar, thanks for everything. Now go have a blast jammin’ with some of the greats up there!
