Before putting 𝗡𝗢𝗢𝗥𝗗 𝗚𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗢𝗥𝗗 out there, it lived in conversations with friends. One of them was Rein. You know him as , and you might remember the live set he played during ADE and the absolute scenes it caused. It was a full-circle moment for a dear BFC friend, and amazing to see Rein pour his soul into the room after 18 months of obsessive prep.

Rein is a Noord native, the set was properly gestoord, and with 𝗡𝗢𝗢𝗥𝗗 𝗚𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗢𝗥𝗗 now just around the corner, we figured it’s high time we share it. Feel the magic through the 🔗 in bio.

Bucket list unlocked: after trying more than once we finally made it happen. We’re taking over Skatecafé for a special 𝗡𝗢𝗢𝗥𝗗 𝗚𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗢𝗥𝗗 Sunday matinee that can only blossom in a unique space like this. We dropped by to have a chat with Jordy, one of the owners, who’ll guide you through his fine establishment ahead of what just might become one of the loveliest Sundays of the year.

True original. Pioneer. Force of nature. There are plenty of descriptors people reach for to describe him, but they all point in the same direction: Ron Trent is a cornerstone of the house music we hold so near to our hearts. In hindsight, it’s quite surprising we haven’t had him grace our booth before. His grooves, soul and rotary mastery have been bewitching dancefloors for 35 years straight. He’ll be putting us into altered states for 4 hours(!) on end at IJland, the exact spot where we threw our first proper XL edition back in 2012.

Here are five of our favourites to preview the balmy, sweaty atmosphere he’s bound to bring to IJland. Doctor’s orders. Saturday is filling up. Don’t sleep. You might just regret it.

𝗡𝗢𝗢𝗥𝗗 𝗚𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗢𝗥𝗗 (finally) marks our debut at , the unruly, one-of-a-kind venue we’ve been eyeing for years. The sprawling garage complex, with a halfpipe at its heart, features multiple rooms, hidden nooks, a fantastic kitchen and a giant outdoor area to chill, roam and nurse some wine and a ciggy. Best of all: it feels tailor-made for a layered line-up that’ll take you on a slow-burning, highly danceable journey. Very glad this one is finally happening. Club culture at its finest. This First Dance was everything we hoped for and more. Starting 2026 with full hearts and a dancefloor that truly felt like home. One of our favourite New Year’s gatherings at RADION so far.

Thank you all for showing up the way you always do. We’re in this together, and it feels like it keeps getting better every time. With grattitude to the artists who carried the day, and to our friends at RADION for creating the space and atmosphere where we can flourish.

We love you and we hope to see you again this spring. 💛

Thank you dancers, DJ’s and all
crew. This is why we do it – we’re still on cloud nine. Our dance floor was your dance floor. You owned the Club! 51 hours of true Breakfast Club vibes across Amsterdam. Seemingly you enjoyed it as much as we did!

A big hug to our friends and artists playing their hearts out start to finish - you’re the best. Love to the charismatic venues that gave us the space to be ourselves: , , and . A special shoutout to the crew, volunteers and friends that stood by our side.

Rise and shine! Our first morning ritual awaits at RADION, and we’re chomping at the bit for round two.

Since ADE mornings can need a little extra push, the first 100 early birds will be treated to a Pinchudo Mezcal Bloody Maria to jump-start the day.

Founded with love by old BFC friends, we’re bringing a small taste of Mexico to breakfast in true BFC style. Pinchudo is handcrafted in Oaxaca from slowly matured agaves and has a smooth, full-bodied flavour with notes of roasted agave, citrus, and a hint of spicy warmth. Not your average mezcal. Damn delicious, too.

Come early to enjoy a taste.
