Little C
Straight out of the Amsterdam melting pot!
At Vesper we celebrate the diverse culture and diaspora of our city through a modern, global, interconnected lens. Seeking cultural inspiration from all corners of the globe to fuel our creativity.
Finally putting the colder months behind us, we spring into action in Spring - a time of year which brings new life, new energy and a bounty of new flavours.
To commemorate this season of growth and renewal, it felt timely to introduce a new dynamic to the Vesper experience by introducing our very own series of pop-up kitchen concepts. Embracing and reflecting neighbourhood, celebrating community, culture and the things which bring us together.
Adding delicious food to our repertoire has always provided more to discover, more ways to socialise, more flavours, more stories, more inclusivity, more kindred spirit.
Recently we re-connected with old-time industry friend Niels Van Horssen and his delightful partner Sisi Sim, the talent behind Little C - the Netherlands first dedicated Cambodian noodle soup restaurant!
Sisi’s food is the real deal and her signature oxtail beef Kathiew is arguably the best noodle soup I have tasted in Amsterdam. Little C plan to roll out a full restaurant concept in the near future where they will share more of Cambodia’s rich culture and culinary heritage with traditional dishes straight out of the Sim family recipe book.
In the meantime we are excited to announce that Little C noodle soups and snacks will be available to enjoy at Vesper from 6-9pm Wednesdays to Saturdays from April 15th until May 17th. To complete the experience we offer our very own line up of Little C(ocktails). A range of smaller format drinks purposefully designed for more mindful sipping andperfectly in tune with the bold, umami Cambodian flavours coming out of the Little C kitchen.
