Rum is blended in Amsterdam, The Netherlands and is comprised of pot distilled rum from Jamaica and column distilled rum from Trinidad, bottled at 43% ABV (86 Proof). Tasting notes are personal but we found the following in William George Rum:
Tinned pineapple, banana, macadamia nuts and almonds on the front of the palate, citrus and grassy notes with dry cherry on the mid palate and finishing with raisins, vanilla and cacao. We look forward to hearing what you discover in William George Rum.
