Thanks to all who took part in our survey & helping us decide on 'The Short Apron' as the name of our canteen (in the making), it came out a clear winner with 32.56% of your votes...the outcome we were secretly hoping for!

The idea was born from many late night conversations between lifelong friends, who’s vision for a relaxed environment serving seriously good food, complete with precisely stocked bar, becomes a reality in Spring 2016.

Whilst the canteen style setting provides a nod to tradition, it is coupled with a sense of playfulness. The food offers a taste of global cuisine, with a menu designed to be shared.

Whether thumbing through the daily’s with an artisan coffee, or experiencing new flavours with friends, you leave with your own food and drink story.
