The Crafted Food Market

A small-batch food gathering built around flavour, creativity and the people who make food with intention.

For a few hours, Bistrot Samantha turns into a living pantry — bakers, cooks, drink makers and wellness creators sharing the things they produce by hand and in real time. Not factory food. Not supermarket food. Food with fingerprints.

Expect fresh breads, jams, plant-based treats, sauces, drinks, sweet bakes and thoughtful pantry items you’ll actually cook with at home.
Some makers will also demonstrate how to use their products, so you don’t just buy, you learn.

Come taste, talk, discover and leave with something made by someone who cares about it.

Jollof already has its own architecture — layered pepper base, slow tomato reduction, controlled heat, depth from stock and smoke. When you understand the structure, you don’t reach for curry powder as a shortcut.

Adding curry doesn’t make it better. It makes it confused.

Good cooking isn’t about throwing in more spices. It’s about understanding flavour systems and respecting where dishes come from.
