Citra, NZ Cascade & Sabro Foudre Beer
Style: Bretted Foudre Beer
ABV: 7.8%
Created using the solera to bring added depth and complexity to our foudre beer series, while retaining fresh vibrancy from the addition of young beer. Dry Hopped with 24g/l of Citra, NZ Cascade and Sabro prior to bottling.

Centennial, Citra, Ekuanot Wild IPA (375ml)
Style: Wild IPA
ABV: 8.4%
An extra dry-hopped Wild Ale with plenty of funk. Before bottling, we added a selection of hops to a blend of a foudre wild ale and a two year red wine barrel-aged ale. This started a process of biotransformation which brings deep hop flavours to life. The result is a beautifully piney beer with flavours of lychee and pineapple.

Anadromous is brewed with summit hops and then triple fermented:

First it is fermented in French Oak Foudres.

Second , the beer is placed in in Pinot Noir and whiskey barrels with Brett and other microbes. In fact, sour beer sitting in more than forty Pinot Noir barrels are blended together.

Last, the beer is finished in the bottle for natural carbonation.

Photon (4.8% ABV) is our light and crushable American Pale Ale loaded with pacific northwest hops. It pours a very hazy orange, releasing well-blended notes of apricot, tangerine, peach, mango, and pineapple.

It tastes of soft juicy tropical fruits, hop resins, and a hint of biscuit. A smooth rounded bitterness with a touch of dryness ensures you’re ready for the next sip.

This drinking experience is further enhanced with a soft and billowy mouth-feel that has made this the go to ale for the EQ crew, especially when a productive day needs to follow a fun night.
