The customer may always be right. But in this situation, you may want to rethink that again.
One of our staffs was called by the customer who requested to play Indian songs.
However, as the music player in our restaurant had been set earlier to play the songs accordingly, our bartender could not fulfil the customer’s wish. When his request was rejected, the customer immediately stood up and slapped our bartender.
