We’re officially marching towards our dream of being the neighborhood cafe by day, and your favorite cozy wine bar & restaurant by night. To make that happen, we’ve tweaked our hours to keep the good times rolling a little longer.

For the day crowd, lunch just got a major upgrade. We’re serving up Superfine’s absolute best-sellers and their out-of-this-world sandwiches—yes, including the .kl banger Cubano! 🥪🔥

*we are still in the midst of putting up a coffee bar. No coffee for now. But, soon!

Whether you’re in for a killer lunch or a late-night pour, here is when you can find us:

🕒 Our New Hours:
Sun – Thu: 12pm – 10pm (Note: Our pizza oven takes a quick nap from 3pm–5pm!)
Fri & Sat: 12pm – 12am

🍽️ Kitchen Timings:
Superfine Lunch/Brunch: 12pm – 3pm
Pizza: 12pm – 3pm / 5pm – 9:30pm
Mellow Menu: 12pm – 9:30pm

We finally put pizza on the menu.

We’re leaning into the Modern Neapolitan style—think a light, pillowy crust, made to sit perfectly alongside a glass of wine. It’s simple, airy, and exactly what we wanted to eat at the bar.

To celebrate the launch, we’re keeping the pairing easy for the next ten days: pick any bottle from our shelves and we’ll fire up a Margherita for RM20.

Superfine craft 🤝 Mellow vibes.

We’ve officially moved our pizza oven to Mellow so we can give the dough our undivided attention. If you’re new to our story, Superfine was where we pioneered our signature Contemporary Neapolitan style—and now we’re bringing that soul home to Mellow.

It’s all about the craft of sharing:

🍕 The Dough: Hand-stretched and leavened for 48 hours using the slow-cold poolish method for an airy, and aromatic crust.

🇮🇹 The Goods: We use only Italian flour and San Marzano D.O.P. tomatoes from AVPN-approved suppliers in Napoli.

🤝 The Vibe: Each 10-inch pizza is cut into 8 slices—the perfect size to grab a few for the middle of the table.

Of course, it wouldn‘t be Mellow without a great bottle to pass around. Whether you’re here for a quick lunch or a long night of sharing slices and pours, we’re ready for you.
