有些 Glen Garioch，
總會讓人想起以前那種「很 old-school 的 Highland Whisky」。

不是單純甜。
也不是乾淨優雅那一路。

反而帶著厚度、蠟感，
甚至一點泥土與肉感氣息。

一開始是深色果乾風味慢慢展開
黑棗、葡萄乾、黑櫻桃。

接著烘焙咖啡、苦甜黑巧克力與厚重蠟質感慢慢浮現，
尾韻則帶著烤橡木香料與糖蜜感 lingering 很久。

這種酒不一定人人都愛。
但如果你喜歡「有年代感、有個性」的 Highland style，
它會非常迷人。

Instead, it leans heavily into old-school Highland character dense, textured and slightly rugged in the best possible way.

The finish lingers with toasted oak spice, treacle sweetness and a rich earthy depth that keeps evolving in the glass.

有時候我都會講，現在馬來西亞的威士忌市場其實很靜。很多活動辦了沒人來，很多店也慢慢撐不下去。

所以這次品酒會能夠在短短幾個小時內直接滿座，坦白說，真的有點感動。

甚至還有一位酒友，特地從霹靂一路開車上來，只是為了聽牛編「吹牛」🤣🤣

但其實我知道，大家不是來聽我講故事而已。而是因為你們願意相信 牛編 一直在做的事情

不是單純賣酒。而是希望把每一支酒背後的風味、酒廠、桶型、蒸餾方式，甚至那些一般人不會特別去研究的東西，慢慢分享出去。

當晚看到大家一邊喝、一邊討論 ➡️Glen Elgin 的 Worm Tub、

➡️研究 Girvan 穀物威士忌那種厚重油脂感時，其實牛編心裡是很開心的。

那種微微焦糖化、暖暖甜甜的味道很少在威士忌裡面這麼直接出現

入口之後煙燻慢慢浮出來，但不重

👉 有點像龍眼乾的煙燻感�👉 帶一點紅莓果醬的甜�👉 還有柔順的奶油感

整體是圓的、順的不會壓人

尾韻很舒服👉 木質調乾乾收尾👉 煙燻留在最後慢慢走

這不是重泥煤也不是典型sherry bomb

👉 是一支很「好相處」的煙燻酒

如果你平時不太喝泥煤這支，很適合當入口

The finish is clean and comforting👉 gentle woodiness👉 lingering soft smoke

Not a heavy peat not a typical sherry bomb

👃聞香：一開始只感覺到微微果乾，高酒精濃度壓抑了香香，隨後加了幾滴水過後，香味大爆發！甜美的烏梅乾，過後轉去麥芽糖，再轉去酸梅棒棒糖，乾玫瑰花瓣，超有趣的

👅口感：雖然酒精濃度高接近60%，但入口時卻很舒服，牛奶巧克力，尾部有甜酸甜酸感

🥃尾韻：超長！！許多蜜餞的感覺，如山楂，鳥梅，在收尾竟然感覺到加應子，好特別喔！
