A Truly Memorable Evening at ZOZO! 👨🍳✨
Last night was an unforgettable moment for all of us at ZOZO Beans & Booze as we had the incredible honour of welcoming the legendary Chef Martin Yan to our restaurant during his visit to Kuching.
For many, Chef Martin Yan is an icon who has inspired generations with his passion for Chinese cuisine and his famous motto, “If Yan Can Cook, So Can You!” Having him dine with us was a privilege beyond words.
What made the evening even more special was the reunion between Chef Martin Yan and our boss Chef Billy, who had the honour of being one of Chef Martin Yan’s apprentices. It was a heartwarming moment to witness a mentor and his student reconnect, sharing stories, laughter, and their mutual passion for culinary excellence.
