胡椒猪肚汤 | Pepper Pork Tripe Soup

Pork ribs + pork stomach + chicken feet = the ultimate comfort squad.
Slow-cooked until the soup is rich, hearty and full of flavour, then hit with a good dose of white pepper. One bowl and suddenly everything feels alright.

豬肋排＋豬肚＋雞腳，這個組合只能說, 太會了！
慢火熬到湯濃味香，再加上香噴噴的白胡椒。喝一碗，什麼煩惱先放一邊。
