Two of our recent favourites: Silk & Fire and New York Sour. For evenings that call for something curious, unexpected and maybe even a little contradictory.

Silk & Fire is composed of Wuliangye and tequila blanco with ambarella syrup, pimento liqueur, lumina orange and lime.

The classic New York Sour combines bourbon, fresh lemon juice, and sugar, topped with a float of red w**e.
