Our journey began with a vision to create the perfect cycling products that would set us apart from the competition. David, a veteran with over 20 years of experience working with industry giants like Giant and Specialized, our R&D (Research and Development) team was established. David's extensive experience in carbon frame design and product testing has been instrumental in shaping the Elves brand. In 2006, we established our carbon factory in Shenzhen, where David and his R&D team began providing ODM services for international bike companies. This marked the beginning of our journey towards excellence. In 2016, we proudly registered the Elves brand in the USA, and David's team started designing and producing our own Elves products. One crucial aspect we discovered during our journey was the significance of frame painting design. While we had the best frame structure designers and manufacturing technology, we realized that without captivating painting design, Elves would face challenges in standing out. In 2017, we made a pivotal decision to partner with DSD (Diamond Sports Design of Hong Kong) for our frame painting design. DSD, a renowned design studio in Hong Kong, had a rich history of collaborating with international sports brands. They possessed a deep understanding of current sports product trends and a wealth of design experience. Our collaboration with DSD brought forth revolutionary design solutions for frame painting, catapulting Elves into the limelight and making us a prominent bicycle brand in Asia in a remarkably short time. And the story continues. Until this moment, we have global dealers selling all around the world, and our presence is only growing stronger. At Elves, we remain committed to pushing the boundaries of innovation and delivering exceptional products to cyclists worldwide.
