Stan, short name for Stanton Delaplane. He was a modest and fine travel writer, who introduced Irish Coffee to the owner of Buena Vista cafe in the United States in 1952. The two spent hours perfecting the Irish Coffee method for floating the cream on top of the coffee, reportedly to the point where Delaplane almost passed out on the cable car tracks outside. His uplifting story is truly inspiring happiness and hopes to us. Therefore, "Happy Stan" come alive. We believe our uplift spirit will carry on for a very long time.

Happy Stan takes up this golden opportunity to establish a concept to empower the bartender and the barista to engages dynamically, ultimately the two become one. Not forgetting to preserves the natural essence of hospitality.
