Hybrid A ‘clandestine’ lounge bar located on Jalan Changkat Ceylon. As our name suggest, the drinks in our lounge is a ‘hybrid’ of contrasting elements.

Our lounge caters to both public and lounge members, where entry for public is by reservations only. Boutique small batch whiskies, cocktails and our tonic water program. Small batch whisky selection in Hybrid is predominantly single malt scotch whisky from a variety of independent bottlers including whiskies from our director’s collection of cask in Scotland. Our selection aims to bring an enjoym

ent of whisky taste profile away from the ‘usual’ flavours and towards lesser explored ones. Cocktail at Hybrid is a constant evolution with our backbone concept strongly rooted on the use of local produce and sustainable methods (i.e. locally farmed figs, super juicing & ferments). Cocktails curated at our bar are mainly focus showcasing a balance and multi-dimensional flavour profile. Our very own in-house Tonic water are brewed quinine free. The inspiration came from research and assessment of quinine in tonic water (which was historically for medicinal purpose). This led our bar team to reconstruct traditional tonic water flavours sans quinine.

Japanese Single Malt whisky

At the Gaia Flow Distillery, fermentation takes place in locally crafted washbacks made from cedar.

To create the Contact S, a marriage of distillate from ex-karuizawa pot still and wood fired pot still is produced.

Finally, It is then aged in first fill bourbon barrels and quarter casks, producing a limited batch of 5,000 bottles.

In all chaos there is a cosmos, in all disorder a secret order.
