Hotel Royal Group Malaysia is seeking an experienced, commercially driven and results-oriented hospitality sales leader to join our growing portfolio as Cluster Director of Sales (CDOS).
This strategic leadership role will provide commercial direction and business development support across:
- Hotel Royal Signature Kuala Lumpur (428 Rooms)
- Hotel Royal Kuala Lumpur (285 Rooms)
- Baba House Melaka (100 Rooms)
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead commercial strategy across 3 properties
✔ Drive corporate, government, MICE and travel trade business
✔ Develop new accounts and strategic partnerships
✔ Lead cluster sales initiatives and revenue growth
✔ Support sales structure, systems and reporting
✔ Strengthen cross-selling opportunities across the portfolio
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 10 years of hospitality sales leadership experience
✔ Strong corporate, government and MICE network
✔ Proven hotel revenue generation track record
✔ Experience in hotel pre-opening, repositioning or commercial setup
✔ Dynamic, strategic and results-driven leader
