A different pace from last week’s pick. Today, Renee shares Adèle by Eric Texier.
A producer known for working with a lighter hand, “Adèle” leans softer — apple and honey come through first, with a touch of chamomile and green spice in the background. There’s a gentle creaminess to it, with just enough freshness to keep it in balance.
Easy on the palate, and a nice starting point if you’re easing into wine.
