A classic has returned to our menu this month. Our Chicken Caesar Salad!

It’s hard to beat a homemade Caesar salad dressing, when even the mayonnaise base is whipped up by Andrew’s very own hands! 😂💪

Fresh and crisp romaine lettuce ensures that the dish has a good, juicy crunch. Croutons and confit chicken adds additional layers of texture and flavour. Freshly grated Grana Padano cheese comes in to seal the deal. 🤓

We’ve got a big one for you this month! Here is Renee to tell you more about the Principiano Ferdinando Barolo di Serralunga 2021.

This is a wine that carries in itself a punch but it does so with elegance and composure. Expect layers of complexity with plenty of red fruits, dried spices and maybe a sensation of a warm hug at the finish. 😆
