【夜班招聘｜厨房帮手】
📍地点：和生园（亚庇）
🕙时间：晚上10:00 – 凌晨5:00（实际工作 6 小时）
岗位：厨房帮手（夜班）

工作内容
备料、配菜、简单切配（有人带）
协助出餐/打包、维持卫生与效率
收档整理、清洁归位

能适应夜班（有餐饮经验加分；没经验也可，态度优先）

🕙Time: 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM (actual working hours: 6 hours)
Position: Night Shift Kitchen Assistant
We have a hiring habit: everyone starts as a Kitchen Assistant first.
Not because we’re being stingy — but because:
We want to train you as “one of our own”, starting from the ground up, so you can fully learn our workflow, details, and standards. At the same time, we also get to truly see who you are — whether you’re punctual, reliable, and able to handle the pace.
This is more than just a job
We’re looking for people who want to grow, increase their income, and are willing to learn.
If you’re consistent, learn fast, and can keep up with the kitchen rhythm, you’ll have a real path forward:
✅ Kitchen Assistant → Prep/Plating Support → Promoted to Cook/Chef
✅ After meeting assessment standards, you may enter our sales/profit-sharing (performance bonus) scheme (subject to company policy)
✅ In the long run, you may even have the opportunity to become a stall partner
Because our route is clear:
Once a stall becomes stable, we gradually step back and let capable people manage and lead the stall.
Job Scope
Food prep, ingredient preparation, simple cutting (training provided)
Assist with plating/packing, maintain hygiene and efficiency
Closing duties: cleaning, organizing, and restoring the workstation
Requirements (Simple)
Punctual, willing to work, fast and efficient
Willing to learn, not overly calculative, team player
Able to work night shifts (F&B experience is a plus; no experience is fine if attitude is good)
