Pada 12/10/2025 bertempat di pusat hiburan di sekitar kawasan Pekan Kapit, Sarawak, pihak polis daripada IPD Kapit telah membuat pemeriksaan dan pemantauan bagi mencegah berlakunya pengedaran dan penyalahgunaan dadah serta lain-lain jenayah yang boleh berlaku di pusat-pusat hiburan.

Pihak polis IPD Kapit memandang serius kesalahan dadah di kalangan masyarakat dan tidak akan berkompromi dengan kesalahan tersebut serta lain-lain jenayah dan menyeru supaya masyarakat menyalurkan apa-apa maklumat kepada pihak polis berkaitan kegiatan dadah atau jenayah yang berlaku di daerah Kapit.
