The Train & Year 2046: Represents a place for lost love and memories, a symbolic escape from present pain, but ultimately reveals that you can’t truly go back, making it a journey of longing rather than happiness. this cocktail is a bold, contemplative finale. Chrysanthemum Gin and Wakame Seaweed Vermouth bring delicate floral and umami notes, while Umeshu softens the high-proof Spritz Islay Whiskey.

Garnished with century egg terrine, pickled cucumber, and pickled ginger, the drink echoes a sophisticated, savory twist on a dirty martini — a daring, cinematic ending to the night.

A clarified milk punch, it blends London Dry Gin with Frangelico, Red Bean & Gula Melaka syrup, lemon juice, rose water, and corn soy milk. The milk-washing process curdles and filters the mixture, leaving a crystal-clear, silky texture that is rich, nutty, citrusy, and floral — a cocktail as subtle and intimate as the film’s romance.

This cocktail blends Mezcal with Fig Leaf–infused Gin, lending an earthy, smoky depth, while Coconut-aged Campari introduces a subtle waxy texture that mirrors the film’s nostalgic intimacy. Basil Vermouth adds a gentle herbal lift, balancing the richness and enhancing aroma.
