Today, I found out that there is a newly opened Japanese charcoal izakaya called "Izakaya Umami" in C180! 😯 The environment here is comfortable, spacious and tidy, and it is divided into indoor and outdoor. After work, there is a new place to go to have two drinks with friends! ☺️
The main thing here is their charcoal-grilled Japanese-style skewers and various appetizers. All skewers are made to order, and they are all made from 100% charcoal! 🔥 The most recommended is their signature "A5 Wagyu Beef Skewers". Cut the imported A5 Wagyu beef into meat pieces, and then use Himalayan salt to make salt-grilled meat. The meat pieces are thick and tender and juicy! 😋 There are more than 30 kinds of skewers to choose from, and most of the skewers can be chosen from 2 flavors of "sauce" or "salt"~😍
