Five years of Zapote Bar, and what a celebration it was!

Six unforgettable days alongside friends and icons of the craft: Joshua Monaghan, Neal Bodenheimer (Partner at Cure Co. and Co-Chair of Tales of the Cocktail), and Nico Torres from True Laurel. Nights elevated by the energy of Danza Mash and the Parachicos, the fire show, and live caricatures capturing it all in real time.

And at the heart of it all, the incredible talent of our own team: Salvador, Daniel, Roberto and Daza; whose passion and craft continue to define Zapote Bar every single day.

To everyone who has shaped these five years — collaborators, guests, team — thank you for being part of our story.
