La Noche un bar translated to English is aptly named, The number one night bar. An ambitious, high-minded bar brought to you by mixologist master Katie Hoerner of Colorado’s chic Longmont. If you’ve ever felt nostalgia for the bar where everybody knows your name, La Noche is the place. Trendy, local bartenders and musicians frequent La Noche giving patrons the opportunity to meet the local gods of the Cozumel night life scene. A U-shaped Arabian black granite bar frames the room’s centerpiece of high-quality classic cocktails and a well-chosen selection of beer and wine. The purple-walled and modish mirrored-paneled walls gives Noche’s patrons a kinder and gentler change from the more traditional Mexican bars in Cozumel. An abundance of tables makes walk-ins a cinch. But for a lesson in libations the true alcohol aficionados in Cozumel will stand at the bar.
