This last year has been full of changes and surprises, and now that we’re getting ready to open in PDC, I wanted to share a few updates.
As a chef, one of our biggest missions is to blow our own minds and palates so we can share that gift with our clients. Although my taste buds were once attuned to plant-based vegan flavors, this time I’m bringing you something else: omnivore flavors.
My diet has changed a lot, especially since I started seriously working out and getting back in shape. For those vegans among you, you could say I’ve turned to the dark side.
I do feel a bit like a vampire, having embraced a meat-friendly diet.
The new menu will offer meat, vegetarian, and vegan options. I just thought it would be fair to share this update now, to avoid any shock or controversy later on.
If you’re wondering: I’ve never felt more grounded, strong, and awake. I can honestly say something was missing in my diet, even though I was supplementing everything.
So there it is. For those of you who made it to the end of this chapter:
I’m working hard to blow my own mind with deliciousness, so I can serve you the best menu I’ve ever created.
