Something pretty incredible just happened.

Police Chief Carreño called us an hour ago and said, we have your property!! His team of eight went above and beyond and we are truly grateful.

After being robbed — twice — and multiple times at The Brick Oven, we honestly didn’t expect to ever see those stolen items again. But thanks to Police Chief Carreño and his team in Puerto Vallarta, not only were the suspects apprehended, our iPads were recovered and returned to us in perfect condition.

In a place where situations like this don’t always resolve so cleanly, this level of follow-through, professionalism, and care does not go unnoticed.

Puerto Vallarta continues to show us that it’s not just a beautiful destination, but a community that looks out for one another.

Thank you for your dedication and for restoring more than just what was taken. 🙏

To Our Puerto Vallarta Community ❤️

Out of care for our team and our community, we’ve decided to remain closed today as the city continues returning to normal operations.

Transportation is still not fully restored, and we want to give our staff the opportunity to get themselves settled and take care of what they need at home before returning to work.

We will resume our regular business hours on Wednesday this week as we are normally closed tuesdays

We’re grateful for your understanding, your support, and for the resilience of this beautiful community. We look forward to welcoming you back very soon.
