¡NUEVA CERVEZA ESPECIAL DE EDICIÓN LIMITADA YA DISPONIBLE!
¡Ooooo-eeeee! ¡Noticias emocionantes e innovadoras sobre el lúpulo aquí mismo en Vallarta! Fuimos seleccionados por Yakima Chief Hops y Yakima Chief Ranches para participar en su programa Hop FWD 2026 y estamos muy emocionados de compartir con ustedes la primera cerveza de esta serie. Pero primero, la cerveza, duh: Experimento Solar es nuestra última versión del estilo Pilsner de la Costa Oeste. Con un 4.9% de alcohol, esta pilsner fácil de beber es limpia, refrescante y perfecta para el verano. Tomamos nuestra base Sol Liquido y sustituimos gran parte del lúpulo durante el hervor, el whirlpool y el dry hop con el nuevo y experimental HBC 1176, nunca antes visto. En nariz, se perciben aromas cítricos y de frutos rojos maduros, con toques de piña dulce y un marcado sabor a cáscara de limón Meyer en el primer sorbo, que se desvanece en un final amaderado y dulce de coco. Rico, complejo y cautivador, este lúpulo pronto podría convertirse en un ingrediente básico en las recetas de muchos cerveceros, pero por ahora, ¡la mejor manera de probarlo es aquí mismo, en Monzón!

Ooooo-eeeee! Exciting, ground breaking hop news happening RIGHT HERE IN VALLARTA! We were selected by Yakima Chief Hops and Yakima Chief Ranches to take part in their Hop FWD 2026 Program and we are absolutely pumped to share with you the first beer in this series. But first, the beer, duh: Experimento Solar is our latest take on the nascent West Coast Pilsner style. At 4.9% This easy drinking pilsner is clean, crisp and perfect for summer. We took our Sol Liquido base and substituted a big portion of the hops across the boil, whirlpool and dry hop with new-experimental-never-before-seen HBC 1176. Expect a rush of citrus zest and ripe berries on the nose with hints of sweet pineapple and a pronounced Meyer lemon rind taste at first sip that fades to a woody, sweet coconut finish. Rich, complex and enchanting this hop could soon be a mainstay in many brewers recipes but for now, your best bet to taste it is right here at Monzón!
