Across the road from the world famous Jardin Etnobotannico, in the side of the Santo Domingo complex, you’ll find us!

Making El Espacio a venue that makes the most of its environment and compliments our natural surroundings as much as possible has been an essential part of our development.

We are proud to feature a wide range of very special agave-based spirits in our venue - and even prouder then, that - even the paint for our walls is made from recycled agave fibres, and mixed especially for us.

‘Leave the word better than you found it’ is a mantra many try to live by and we love working with our producers to help them find ways to minimize their waste.
