After months of recipe development, testing, and plenty of taste-testing, we're excited to introduce our new:

🌭 Canadian Style Smokies 🌭

Made right here in La Peñita using a blend of pork and beef, stuffed into natural casings, and slowly smoked in-house for that classic juicy bite and satisfying snap.

If you've spent time in Canada, you'll know exactly what we're talking about. If you haven't, you're in for a treat.

These aren't hot dogs. These are authentic Canadian-style smokies—smoky, juicy, and packed with flavor.

Well... we may have gotten a little carried away. 😁

Our new Artisan Cinnamon Rolls came out of the oven this morning and they're HUGE — almost 400g each!

Made with real butter, California raisins, a rich caramel goo topping and finished with vanilla glaze after a 24-hour cold fermentation.
