The boat you booked isn't always the boat you get.
We've watched it happen for 25 years on this dock: a guest books online, sees a beautiful boat in the photos — and shows up the morning of to find they've been quietly switched to something smaller, older, less than what they paid for. Same price. No refund. No warning.
Here's the one question that stops it before it starts: "Is the boat in these photos the exact boat I'm assigned to — in writing?"
If a company won't answer that in writing before you pay a deposit, that's your answer.
