Born and raised in Cabo San Lucas
He started cooking at the age of 14, graduated from the CCA California Culinary Academy, with postgrades in the CIA Culinary Institute of America, he has gained experience working in the US in San Francisco, San Diego, New Orleans, and in Mexico in Monterrey, Guadalajara, Puerto Vallarta and Cabo San Lucas. His pasions are the ocean and cooking. Endy Zumaya
Born and raised in Cabo San Lucas. His first job was at the age of 12 in his family Business, Marissa Tacos, an icon when you talk about tacos in Cabo San Lucas. He´s been working in various restaurants in Cabo, and at least ten years cooking for private parties, lots of experiencie at the grill, sushi, sea food and of course his nice way of treating his guests. From Tala Jalisco. Graduated from the UAG Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara especialized in Food and Beverage. His experience is from working in Guadalajara, he knows about the true mexican flavor.
