Ronny is heading back to Switzerland 🇨🇭… but relax — this is a “see you later,” not a goodbye. He fully expects to be back next season (and honestly… we’re holding him to that) 😉

So let’s send him off the only way Barra knows how — with cold drinks, loud laughs, and zero early exits 🍻🔥

Over the season, Ronny has been…

Something special is shaking behind the bar… 🍸🔥🌴

Our very special guest bartender Matthew is in the house at O.Ridley’s!

Matthew has been bartending in New York City for years, crafting cocktails in Brooklyn’s bar scene. He even took home a win at the Battle of Brooklyn Cocktail Competition — a showdown of some of the borough’s best bartenders mixing their original creations. 🗽🍹🏆

You might remember a couple of his past hits from right here in Barra…the Pomegranate Margarita 🍷 and the Spicy Piña Margarita 🌶️🍍

This time he’s brought us two brand new cocktails that will be on the menu through the end of the season:

🌿 La Prieta
A dark rum shaken daiquiri.

🔥 Smoldering Sol
A combination of mezcal and house infused jalapeño tequila with campari, fresh squeezed tangerine and lime, rimmed with locally sourced chili salt.

And yes… in case you’re wondering… the talent behind the bar is also our son ❤️ (which means we’re extremely proud and also hoping for generous "Turtle Tips").

The bar is open tonight, so come try Matthew’s creations while they’re on the menu through the end of the season. 🍹🌊🐢
