Black Basement Restaurant & Rum Bar Welcome to the Rum tasting experience where I have over 40 rum combos. Yeah, I'm crazy! Come taste!... Black Basement has. now. Every taste bud is different.

My most common would be : Litchi, Passionfruit, Strawberry, Longann, Coconut etc and others would reach the weirdest mix of Tuna, Salmon and Anchovies! fused with At Linda's Place restaurant where it focuses on the Cocktail and Rum section of the restaurant. With over 40 rum combos and 4 iconic cocktails Black Basement has been offering rum tastings since 2024. I cannot guarantee the final results

as I use fruits, herbs and spices but come have a go at our selection and I am sure you will like them. The Google reviews say it all.

So, the idea is to create a new variety of sauces going with the Pasta dishes that do not actually exist! The names of my pasta dishes are expressions of what I feel when I eat them! This one, for example, is named after the girl next door since she is hot as hell! Aldo Marioni (sounds italian / well it's pasta) - Hot as hell and has a slight sweetness to it - Combination : Habanero, Jalapeno, Pineapple, Tomato Reduction, Gouda, Cream, Smoked Bacon, Parmesan! I had 5 days to create 10 sauces and succeeded with 6!

Hi again, another new thing on the menu to be added in May 25, the Smoked Marlin Lasagna! Tasted & approved by 5 even without the salad as accompaniment! This is a rich dish by itself! Goes very well with the Melon Ice Tea I am working on!

Woop Woop, received my Deep Frier! Made samoossas veg, fish, salted fish, chicken, peanut chicken, cheese, lamb! Big issue with cheese as if they burst in the oil, well BOOM! 🤪🤘 For the rest I'll have my taster taste and we'll then decide which to add to the Menu! The aim is to add 5 different starters on the Menu by the end of the month, that are not too complicated! 😄😁
