20ml mezcal
15ml lime juice
15ml sugar syrup
Prosecco

Mix mezcal, lime juice, and syrup in shaker, then strain the mixture into a glass, top it off with Prosecco and garnish with a sprig of bougainvillea.

60ml mezcal
25ml lime juice
20ml tinto mezcal
Ginger beer

In a glass add ice, lemon juice, mezcal and finish with ginger beer. At the end add the tinto. decorate with orange, rosemary and cranberries!
