Today, we raise a glass to something very special. 🇪🇸✨

IBER&CO has received a recognition from ICEX for our work in sharing Spanish gastronomy and culture in Malta.

And for us, this means a lot.

Because IBER&CO has never been just a tavern.
It is a home. A family. A little Spanish corner in Valletta where every dish, every glass and every conversation tries to bring people closer to Spain.

As we always say:

There’s no place like home.

Thank you to ICEX, the Embassy of Spain in Malta and the Spanish-Maltese Chamber of Commerce for being part of this special moment and for supporting Spanish gastronomy beyond Spain.

And thank you to everyone who is part of this story: our team, our guests, our friends and every person who has walked through our doors looking for a little piece of Spain in Malta.

This recognition belongs to Antonio, Ada, the IBER&CO family and everyone who has supported us along the way.

We will keep raising glasses, cooking with love and sharing Spain from Valletta. ❤️

The Malta International Fireworks Festival gave us lights, music, families, friends, little ones looking up at the sky… and Iber&Co cooking paella after paella until there was absolutely nothing left.

Yes, we sold out.
No, sadly we couldn’t bring our Spanish wine this time — the drinks were handled by someone else 😅
But the paella did its job.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, waited patiently, smiled, came back for more, and made the night so special.
