- iykyk, and for the health buffs that don’t, this is Gallina Dorada ✨

It features our house-made ‘golden milk’ inspired mix, which is an anti-inflammatory blend of turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, clove, cardamom, anise, black pepper, coconut oil and maple. We cook this down, nice and slow, and infuse it into gin before resting, chilling, and straining it 🫚

We finish it off with mango, citrus and a dash of egg white, to deliver a silky, spiced, and sumptuous slice of heaven. If you listen close enough, you’ll hear it softly whispering “healthy life choices have never been so sinfully succulent” right into your blushing ear… 😮‍💨

For all you English language buffs, that aliteration was just for you 📖

Last time? The room moved, people danced, people sang, and everyone loved it. Strangers met strangers and became friends. Heck, maybe some of you even went home for a memorable horizontal nightcap. We sure hope you did. Most people do, after a night with us 😘

So we’re doing it again. Spring’s here, the nights are warmer, and this Thursday, we bring .jazz back into the bar for another round of rhythm and melody to kick off the Spring season ☀️🙏🏽

Good Friday weekend starts here, and in our books, that’s a cause for celebration and nothing else. Don’t miss April 9th at Casa Luz, ‘cause it’ll be the best Thursday you’ve had all year 🔥💃🏽

We’ve built it around a beautiful to***co-infused rum, coffee rum, vanilla, lemon, and maraschino cherry. We stir it slowly and we finish it with a whisper of applewood smoke. Sophistication in a glass, and you’re the one who ordered it 🍂

In Mexico, to***co was the first sacred plant, used in ritual, reflection, and communion with the unseen. ‘El Abuelo’ carries a hint of that spirit: warm, contemplative, and unapologetically old-soul. For the distinguished drinker who gravitates towards an Old Fashioned 🎩

Toasts for birthdays, engagements, and pretty much any major milestone you can imagine people celebrating. We see awkward catch-ups, cheeky encounters, budding romance, tearful goodbyes… Whether it’s a quiet Wednesday or a bumpin’ Saturday, we see it all. The beginnings, the endings, and everything in between. And just like confessional in church, our sacred oath to secrecy is just as holy…🤫🫶🏼

In many ways, we’re the fly on the wall of your lives. The background soundtrack to this little rock’s social story 🙏🏽

Next week we hand the bar over to one of Malta’s true heavyweights — Panos Foteiadis, Diageo Brand Ambassador and one of the island’s most legendary mixology names — as he officially unveils San Cosme Mezcal and Old Baile Whisky, now available in Malta.

For one night only, we’re cranking up the rock, turning down the lights down, and Panos will be serving up a special rock-inspired cocktail menu:

🔥 SMELLS LIKE TEEN SPIRIT — San Cosme Mezcal, pineapple, lime, chili, smoke. Tropical fire wrapped in aromatic smoke.

🌿 PARANOID — Ketel One Vodka, cucumber, jalapeño, cilantro, grapefruit, lime. Fresh, green, dangerously smooth.

🌺 LIGHT MY FIRE — Don Julio Blanco, hibiscus, lime, agave, chili. Floral intensity with a crystal-clear bite.

⚡ BACK IN BLACK — Old Baile Whisky, cacao, orange, agave, aromatic air. Dark, rich, and powerful with a fragrant citrus cloud.

- this is “La Reyna” - the famous horchata-infused margarita we unleashed on the world in 2025.

We start with tequila and fresh lime. Then we add cold-infused lavender syrup, which we steep gently to extract the floral aroma while keeping the bitter notes at bay. Next up, and herein lies the crown jewel of this recipe… …our signature house-made coconut horchata, which gives this cocktail its silkiness and its creamy bouquet of coconut, rice, and cinnamon. It’s all carefully blended and strained in house resulting in a creaminess that totally brings this drink together.

The result is floral, citrus-driven, and softly textured, finished with a coconut-salt rim and roasted coconut garnish for crunchy contrast.

Vegan. Balanced. Totally badass. If you haven’t yet, come and try the margarita that took us months of iteration to perfect and deliver.

This is how we reinterpret a classic, kiddos. Enjoy 👑🥥✨

We’ll be shaking up some cocktails, serving up some delish Mexicano comida, and our Maracu Jazz friends will be laying down the tunes. We’re open as usual from 6pm, and music starts from 8:30pm onwards 🌵

This Mezcal Cool is a great example. It’s an agave forward cocktail designed to show the softer, brighter side of mezcal; vegetal, citrusy, and endlessly drinkable. It’s green, crisp, quietly confident, and unapologetically refreshing. There’s a reason it’s been on our menu since we opened 5 years ago…🍋‍🟩

We start by carefully combining premium mezcal, fresh cucumber and basil water, lime, and agave, and we finish it with a tangy chili Tajin rim, a fresh sprig of basil, and a cucumber straw, which is less SIP and more SNACK. Nothing missing. Just thoughtful composition, clean technique, and flavours that know when to speak and when to listen 🌱🥒

We suggest pairing the Mezcal Cool with a plate of our delicious tacos, or an order of fresh guacamole and tortilla chips… 🌮🥑🌶️

This is how we approach the entire menu and experience. Considered. Seasonal. Fresh. And yes, sophisticated. But without being precious or pretentious. ‘Cause that’s what we’re all about here - premium quality, minus the fuss.
